Youth and a runaway trip... This is the story of a couple in love on a trip that started on their graduation day.

This is a youthful travelogue of a positive, cheery boy and a devoted late-blooming boy in love. It's graduation day. Satoru was always in love with his good friend Yuzu, but could never confess his love. Instead, he sneaks a fragment of paper that reads "I've always loved you," into Yuzu's pocket. However, that blazer was blown away by the wind and caught on a truck that had a license plate from Kushiro, Hokkaido. Satoru tries laughing it off, but Yuzu declares he's going to Hokkaido to find out what that paper said!
